How do I register for the symposium?
You can register using the form on this page. Once your registration is complete, you will receive a confirmation email.
Is participation free of charge?
Yes. Participation in the symposium is free of charge.
What is the registration deadline?
The registration deadline is 23 September. Please note that the places are limited.
Can I participate online?
No. The symposium will take place in person only.
What does the programme include?
The full programme will be published on this page and updated regularly.
Will food and refreshments be provided?
Yes. Coffee, tea, a light breakfast, lunch and afternoon refreshments will be served during the day. Please indicate any dietary requirements when registering.
How do I inform you of dietary requirements or accessibility needs?
Please provide this information in the registration form, or contact us well in advance of the event.
Can I transfer my place to someone else?
Yes. Please contact the organiser so that the participant details can be updated.
Will the event be recorded?
No. The symposium will not be recorded. A photographer will be present during the event. By attending, you consent to being photographed and to appearing in images related to the event.
